To attend this special event, please register and pay in plenty of time to reserve your room.
(Please feel free to make copies & distribute to other AA and Al-Anon Women)
There is a maximum of 100 available spaces and they will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If the registrations exceed the maximum vacancies, names will be placed on a waiting list.
Registrations are not refundable, but are transferable.
Rooms will be assigned prior to arrival.
If you want to room with someone, please send in your registrations together!!! We will do all we can to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees.
Bring your own pillow, sheets, blanket, bath towels and personal toiletry items. Beds range in size from queen to single. Bring queen-size bedding and you have it made.
Bring comfortable shoes, lawn chairs, flashlights, mosquito repellant for campfire.
No snacks or drinks permitted in rooms, other than bottled water. All snacks will be kept in the central meeting place and are optional.
If you have special needs, i.e. dietary, housing, etc...please send that information with your registration.
An indoor heated swimming pool is available for our use.
Six acre lake for swimming, fishing or paddle boats.
Nature trail adjacent to Mark Twain National Forest.
Outdoor basketball court and sand volleyball courts.
